CCOD offers scholarships to underprivileged youth in Ghana to pursue a Diploma in Community and Organizational Development (DCOD). The program trains beneficiaries to become transformative change agents, self-sustaining development consultants, and effective civil servants.

Ms. Dorcas Affi attributes her success to the MSc Organisational Development Programme at the College for Community and Organisational Development (CCOD), where experiential learning and practical coaching built her expertise. She established "A. Dee Business Development Consult" to support African SMEs and formed a partnership with Colombo Strategy Consultants to train over 5,000 SMEs in Ghana. Her OD skills led to a contract with GIZ, enhancing cooperation in the Brong Ahafo Region. She is now developing team-building training for seven assemblies in the region.

A couple of years ago, he joined the college as a freshman; today, he runs his own OD Consult in Tamale. He has consulted for several organizations, including the SRC board of UDS Tamale Campus, Peemiaonline.com, and Bonzali Rural Bank. He is a regular panelist on "OD Time" on 123FM. He credits his career turnaround to his CCOD education, emphasizing the value of lectures, assignments, fieldwork, and feedback. He writes, "The course ignites the spirit of continuous improvement in everything I do. I strongly recommend CCOD for a unique learning experience.
OD Consultant
He states, "Organizational Development (OD) has helped me run the FDA division in the Brong Ahafo Region smoothly." His OD practice has enabled him to organize training sessions on FDA’s mandate, empowering staff to perform efficiently, leading to transformative innovations. Regular training updates clients on FDA guidelines and fosters stakeholder collaboration. He also conducts annual 360 feedback assessments to promote transparency and trust. The OD programme has had a positive impact on his leadership.
