MSc in OD

The Master of Science in Organisational Development (MOD) programme is an intensive 12-month course designed for professionals seeking to enhance their expertise in organizational development. This programme aims to equip students with advanced knowledge and practical skills necessary for leading change and fostering effective organizational practices in various sectors. The MOD graduates are prepared to be certified consultants in the field of OD and HR. They have the capacity to facilitate change, create a consulting firm and play key roles in workplaces.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Eligible applicants MUST meet the following criteria to be considered for admission into the MOD programme:

  1. A good first degree (1st Class and 2nd class upper or lower divisions in any relevant field) from any recognized tertiary institution in Ghana.
  2.  A post graduate diploma in Organisation Development (OD) or its equivalent from any recognised tertiary institution.
  3.  MA/MBA/MSC holders in any relevant field are an advantage.
  4. Accredited post HND holders with HR Management and with an additional relevant post Diploma(s) in OD (certified OD professional or OD certified consultants’ certificate from any recognized tertiary institution) and at least 5 years in leading organisational change and leadership, will gain direct admission.
  5. Other Considerations: Since there have been different OD programmes being run in Africa, our MOD programme may consider applicants who show evidence of any relevant OD certificate(s)/qualification(s).
  6. Foreign Qualifications: All foreign applicants shall be assessed to determine eligibility by GTEC.
