Certified Professional Organisation Development (OD) Entry Qualifications

From the research by CCOD, it was realized that there are a lot of young professionals (doing well in the field but have challenges with their English or maths) due to the inability to have direct entry into the BSC programme, are left unattended to. This is not good for the country Ghana, because local economic development is jeopardized. To expand economies, there is the need for youth and other professionals to have value addition in tertiary education and job creation abilities. Organization development (OD) knowledge and skills stand tall in this regard.

CCOD, therefore, has created a special programme to absorb such a group of people through foundational certification training and examination (Certified Professional Organisation Development and Life-long Programme, to be agreed with Affiliate/Mentor). CCOD will ensure all professional certificates in OD and any other qualifications beyond the ones specified above (Normal Entry) must be referred to the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC) for the establishment of their equivalences, to determine their eligibility for admission into tertiary education institutions.

Degree in Other Fields Entry

Organisation Development Knowledge (ODK) is holistic education. The principles and approaches in ODK can be applied in health, education, agriculture, environment, human development, technology, and inventions. Applicants who have certificates/degree in any field and are qualified are eligible for enrolment into the OD programme, and those with HR/Administration from any recognized tertiary institutions in Ghana will have direct entry into level 300. A written examination and interview are required.
