The Most Significant Change process is the evidence and learning backbone of the summit. It will turn alumni and community experience into practical case studies that can be shared, replicated and connected to future partners.

Invite alumni, faculty, partner institutions and communities to nominate significant changes linked to CCOD learning or interventions.
Screen & Shortlist
Apply transparent criteria covering significance, evidence, relevance, inclusion, sustainability and potential for replication.
Verify & Document
Interview storytellers and stakeholders, review available evidence and document context, intervention, change and lessons.
Develop the Story
Provide storytelling and presentation coaching to selected alumni and community representatives.
Present at the Summit
Showcase ten shortlisted stories through live storytelling, panels, posters, video and facilitated reflection.
Publish & Scale
Disseminate the stories and connect selected interventions with sponsors and institutions for adaptation, pilots and further evaluation.

Saturday, 31 October 2026 will be dedicated to the Students’ Graduation Ceremony, celebrating the professional journey of graduating students while demonstrating the human capital and practical capabilities developed through CCOD’s competence-based model.
