Dr. Gabriel Gbiel Benarkuu, President of CCOD, officially extended the invitation to the Lola Group on June 27, 2024. The visit, scheduled from July 1 to July 8, 2024, will see high-level engagements with top government officials, financial institutions, and various stakeholders.

Planned Itinerary:
- July 1, 2024: Arrival in Accra, Ghana.
- July 2, 2024: In-house meetings, visit to the Turkish Embassy, and official meetings with government officials and the financial sector.
- July 3, 2024: National Launch and signing ceremony.
- July 4, 2024: Regional Sod-Cutting in Tamale.
- July 5, 2024: Regional Sod-Cutting in Damongo.
- July 6, 2024: Regional site visits and Sod-Cutting at UBIDS/Jirapa.
- July 7, 2024: Meetings with CCOD Staff/Students, NGOs, and Southern Clients in Sunyani.
- July 8, 2024: Final debriefing with CCOD and partners, followed by departure.
During the visit, the Lola Group will engage with various financial institutions such as Access Bank, Fidelity, and Universal Merchant Bank, to discuss pending projects. The delegation will also meet with Catholic Bishops and Dioceses in Sunyani, Techiman, Tamale, Damongo, and Wa, as well as the Diebougou Diocese in Burkina Faso.
In addition to these high-level meetings, the Lola Group will hold discussions with NGOs and microfinance institutions to explore collaborative opportunities for community development projects across Ghana.
